Roberta Harada, also known as Beta, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has worked at various agencies, including F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, DM9DDB, Grey Brazil, and FLAGCX. Additionally, she spent three years as a Director at Corazon Films. Her career is marked by a belief that collective work, active listening, continuous learning, diversity and inclusion and collaboration are transformative for our market. Currently, she works as the Executive Creative Director at VML Brasil, working with several major brands for nearly four years. She has also served on various juries, including the TikTok Awards, Effie Brazil, Effie Latam, El Ojo, Clube de Criação São Paulo, among others.
