Fernanda has more than 20 years working for the consumer goods industry leading sustainability, procurement, innovation and projects as the implementation of Strategic Sourcing Triple Bottom Line evaluating externalities social and environmental to select partners. Actually she is leading the decarbonization journey and all the environmental commitments for Natura&Co in Latin America.

She has a bachelor’s degree in food engineering and attended a post grade in Administration and Innovation.
